A Día de Muertos tribute: mezcal, tangerine and marigold in a glass.
Ingredients
- 45 mlMezcal — Mitre Origen
- 30 mlTangerine juice
- 20 mlMarigold syrup
- 1 pieceEgg white
- 2 dashMarigold bitters
Instructions
- Add tangerine juice, marigold syrup, egg white, bitters and mezcal to a shaker.
- Dry-shake for 15 seconds, then add ice and shake again for about 5 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with marigold petals.
