If you love balanced cocktails, the Whisky Sour is for you. Smooth, tart, with an incredible texture thanks to the egg white.

Ingredients

  • 2 ozWhisky
  • 1 ozLemon juice
  • 1 ozSimple syrup
  • 1 pieceEgg white
  • 3 dropsAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Add whisky, lemon juice, syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Dry-shake for 15 seconds, add ice and shake for 15 more.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. Finish with a few drops of Angostura and garnish with a lemon peel.
