Ingredients
- 2 ozWhisky
- 1 ozLemon juice
- 1 ozSimple syrup
- 1 pieceEgg white
- 3 dropsAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Add whisky, lemon juice, syrup and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry-shake for 15 seconds, add ice and shake for 15 more.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Finish with a few drops of Angostura and garnish with a lemon peel.
